Our general inbox is the right place for almost everything. If you have a question about one of our tips or the analysis behind it, want to report a factual error in a prediction, have a suggestion for how we can improve the site, or just want to say something nice (or not so nice), this is where to send it. We read every message that comes in. It might take up to 48 hours on working days to reply, but you will always get a response from a real person on our team, not an automated reply.
How to Reach Us
If you would like to request predictions for a league we do not currently cover, please email us with the league name and country. We review all coverage requests as part of our regular expansion planning and we take them seriously. Every league we cover today started as a request from a reader at some point. This inbox is also the right place to send detailed corrections or challenges to our match analysis. If you think we got something wrong in a write-up and you have data to back it up, we genuinely want to know. Our analysts review all substantive editorial feedback and corrections are published transparently when they are warranted.
GoalVertex reaches a large audience of engaged football fans and bettors every day. If you are interested in display advertising, sponsored content, data licensing, or any other form of commercial partnership, please reach out to our partnerships team with a brief description of what you have in mind. A few things worth knowing upfront: we do not accept payment to change or influence our editorial tips in any direction, we do not promote unlicensed gambling operators, and all sponsored content is clearly labelled as such. Any partnership that does not meet our editorial independence standards will be declined, politely but firmly.
We post daily tips, match previews, and results updates across our social channels. Following us on social media is a great way to get tips delivered directly to your feed without needing to visit the site. We also monitor our social inboxes regularly, so if you want a quick conversation or have a short question, a direct message on Twitter or Instagram is often the fastest way to get a reply. For anything that requires a detailed response, email is always more reliable than a social DM.
